Studio Blai is an architecture-based design and production studio working at the intersection of circular design and sustainable materials. Founded by architects with experience in computational design and digital fabrication, the studio transforms 100% recycled plastic waste into high-quality surfaces and systems.

‍Studio Blai emerged as a response to the growing disconnect between conventional materials and climate-conscious design practices. Today, the studio operates not only as a material producer, but as a practice that rethinks how materials are designed and manufactured.By transforming post-consumer plastic waste into durable, functional, and aesthetic panels, we create applications ranging from furniture and lighting to interior surfaces and architectural systems.With our architectural background, we focus less on isolated forms and more on systems. For us, material is not simply a tool for making objects, but a design instrument that enables change.By carrying out all production processes in-house, we develop small-scale manufacturing models aligned with precision production, custom surfaces, and low-waste principles.Through collaborations with designers and within our own collections, we produce with waste and design for a circular future — in every surface, every system, and every story.
