1. Payment & Security
All payment transactions are encrypted with SSL certification. Your card information is not stored by Studio Blai. Payments are securely processed through the iyzico payment infrastructure. Visa and MasterCard are supported. All payments made through the Studio Blai website are completed via a secure payment system.
2. Delivery Terms
2.1 Furniture Products:
Production of furniture products begins after the order is placed. They are shipped within 10–14 business days from the order date.
2.2 Sample Sets:
Sample sets are delivered to the cargo company within 2–4 business days.
2.3 Shipping:
Domestic shipments within Turkey are made through a contracted cargo company. For international shipments, the delivery time and cost are specified during the order process. Palletized shipping may be used for large-volume products.
3. Sözleşmenin Konusu
3.1 Right of Withdrawal:
The buyer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days for ready-made products. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of defective products.
3.2 Non-Returnable Products:
The following products are not subject to the right of withdrawal: custom-sized panels, bespoke color productions, custom-made products manufactured with CNC cutting, and systems and furniture designed specifically for a project.
3.3 Damaged Product:
If there is damage to the package during delivery, a report must be prepared together with the cargo officer. No responsibility is accepted for products received without such a report.

4.2 Subject:
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the buyer through the Studio Blai website.
4.3 Product and Price:
The product features, sale price, and delivery period are stated on the order screen.
4.4 Payment:
Payment transactions are securely carried out through the iyzico infrastructure.
4.5 Right of Withdrawal:
There is a 14-day right of withdrawal for ready-made products. There is no right of withdrawal for custom-made products.
4.6 Disputes:
In case of disputes, the Istanbul Consumer Arbitration Committees and Courts shall have jurisdiction.
5. Privacy Policy (KVKK)
Studio Blai collects the following personal data: name and surname, e-mail address, phone number, delivery and billing address, and payment information (processed by the payment infrastructure).
5.1 Purpose of Data Use:
Order creation and delivery, payment transactions, invoice issuance, customer communication, and fulfillment of legal obligations.
5.2 Third-Party Sharing:
Data is shared only for service purposes with the following parties: the payment infrastructure provider, cargo companies, and accounting service providers. Personal data is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
5.3 Data Security:
Personal data is stored on secure servers and the necessary technical and administrative measures are taken. Users may request the deletion of their data within the scope of KVKK.
6. Product Information
Studio Blai panels are produced from recycled plastic material. Due to the nature of the production process, each panel is unique. Color distribution and texture may vary. Tonal differences may occur between the images and the product itself. This is a characteristic of the production process and is not considered a defect.
