Studio Blai emerged as a response to the disconnect between traditional materials and climate-conscious design. Founded by architects experienced in computational design and digital fabrication, the studio transforms post-consumer plastic waste into durable, functional, and aesthetic panels.

With our architectural background, we think in systems rather than forms. By keeping all our production processes in-house, we work with a focus on precision, custom finishes, and low-waste principles.

Circular Production

We transform waste material into long-lasting products. At the end of their lifecycle, every Blai product re-enters the production process.

Sustainable Material

Blai Panel is made from post-consumer plastic waste. No additives, no binders. It is durable, workable, and fully recyclable at the end of its life. Each panel diverts approximately 20 kg of plastic waste back into the cycle.
