1. Payment and Security
- All payment transactions are encrypted with an SSL certificate.
- Your card details are not stored by Studio Blai.
- Payment transactions are securely completed via the iyzico infrastructure.
- Visa and MasterCard are supported.
All payments made through the Studio Blai website are processed via a secure payment infrastructure.
2. Delivery Terms
2.1 Furniture Items
Furniture items enter production upon order. They are dispatched within 10–14 business days from the date of order.
2.2 Sample Sets
Sample sets are handed over to the courier within 2–4 business days.
2.3 Shipping
- Domestic shipments within Turkey are handled by our contracted shipping company.
- For international shipments, delivery times and costs are specified during the order process.
- Large-volume products may be shipped on pallets.
3. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
3.1 Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of ready-made products within 14 days.
To exercise the right of withdrawal:
- The product must be unused.
- The product must be undamaged.
- Must be returned in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer (except for defective products).
3.2 Non-Returnable Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
- Custom-sized panels
- Custom color production
- Bespoke products manufactured via CNC cutting
- Custom-designed systems and furniture for projects
3.3 Damaged Product
If the package is damaged upon delivery, you must prepare a report together with the courier. We do not accept responsibility for products accepted without such a report.

Buyer: The person who places an order based on the information provided during the checkout process.
4.2 Subject
This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the buyer via the Studio Blai website.
4.3 Product and Pricing
Product specifications, sales prices, and delivery times are indicated on the order screen.
4.4 Payment
Payments are processed securely via the iyzico infrastructure.
4.5 Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase of ready-made products within 14 days.
This right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products.
4.6 Dispute Resolution
Istanbul Consumer Arbitration Committees and Courts are authorized to resolve any disputes.
5. Privacy Policy (GDPR)
Studio Blai collects the following personal data:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Shipping and billing address
- Payment information (processed by the payment infrastructure)
5.1 Purpose of Data Processing
- Order creation and delivery
- Payment processing
- Invoicing
- Customer communication
- Fulfillment of legal obligations
5.2 Third-Party Sharing
Data is shared with the following parties solely for service purposes:
- Payment infrastructure provider
- Shipping companies
- Accounting service providers
Personal data is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
5.3 Data Security
Personal data is stored on secure servers, and all necessary technical and administrative measures are taken.
Users may request the deletion of their data in accordance with the PDPL.
6. Product Information
Studio Blai panels are made from recycled plastic. Due to the production process, each panel is unique. Color distribution and texture may vary. There may be tonal differences between the images and the actual product.
This is a characteristic of the production process and is not considered a defect.
