Colors remain consistent, but because the production process involves manual mixing, the pattern distribution of each panel is unique. Panels share the same overall character, but no two patterns are exactly the same.

Under normal use conditions, deformation is not expected. With prolonged UV exposure over many years, slight color fading may occur.

Like all surface materials, it can be scratched. However, minor surface marks can be reduced with heat treatment.

Yes. The material is fully water-resistant and is not affected by moisture. Thanks to its high chemical resistance, it is resistant to most chemicals and paints and does not easily stain.

Yes. HDPE naturally has UV resistance and allows for long-term outdoor use. Slight color fading may occur over time, but structural degradation is not expected. For specific projects, enhanced UV resistance can also be provided.

Yes. Thanks to its HDPE-based structure, it has high UV resistance.

Blai Panel has been tested according to the EN 71-3 Toy Safety Standard and has successfully passed all migration tests. No harmful substance migration has been observed.

Material thickness may vary by ±1 mm across the surface.

Suitable for continuous use at temperatures of approximately 80°C.
For short-term exposure, it can withstand temperatures of 110–120°C.
